Hi there,

I am a qualified Advanced Meridian Energy therapist and I work with people to overcome problem emotions or feelings and limiting beliefs or negative behaviours. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner and frequently use a blended approach. I provide short term therapy, also known as brief therapy, which means you will most likely require 3 to 6 sessions, depending of course on the complexity of the issue. 

Areas of specialism include problem emotions (e.g. anger, fear, guilt, sadness, depression etc), improved self confidence, improved self esteem, stress, anxiety disorders (e.g. panic attacks) and career related issues (career progression, job interviews).

I have worked with individuals on a one to one basis for over 10 years in client centred, supportive roles including working as a lifelong learning advisor, career coach and personal advisor. Now, as an EFT practitioner and hypnotherapist I continue to be overjoyed at seeing clients achieve the changes they want in their lives through these fast, effective therapies.
